Psychological therapy utilises evidence-based interventions in a safe and supportive environment. During a therapy session you will work towards collaboratively toward your goals and presenting issues, including specific changes you would like to see.

We accept all clients therapy, telehealth and assessments. You do not require a referral to attend an appointment with us. Many people decide to see a psychologist without consulting a GP or other health professional. However, if you wish to claim a Medicare rebate for your session, you will require a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP prior to your first session with us.

If you have a referral from your GP or psychiatrist, please bring this along to your session as it will be needed for Medicare rebate. You may also want to bring along any information relevant to your goals for therapy or assessment.

Each session with your psychologist is 50 minutes; there may be exceptions to this, however that will be organised specifically with your psychologist depending on your needs.

The answer to this will depend on your individual circumstances and reasons for seeking support. You will decide with your psychologist how often you should attend therapy, for example be weekly, fortnightly or even monthly depending on your situation and what will best support your needs.

Our experienced psychologists offer psychological services to adults, adolescents and children. We welcome all genders, sexualities and cultural backgrounds and we are dedicated to providing a compassionate, warm and secure therapy space.

We offer both telehealth and face-to-face appointments. Please discuss your preference with us at the time of booking and we will work with you to ensure you are comfortable in your preferred therapeutic environment.
