Grace is a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with four years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan with complex mental health presentations, including Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, and co-occurring intellectual disabilities. Grace’s practice is grounded in a strongly person-centred approach, ensuring support is respectful, individualised, and informed by both evidence-based practice and genuine empathy.
As a PBS Team Leader, Grace plays an active role in mentoring and supporting practitioners to deliver high-quality, ethical, and consistent behaviour support services. She provides clinical guidance, reflective supervision, and practical support to help her team navigate complex presentations, build confidence in their practice, and remain aligned with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements. By investing in her team’s development and wellbeing, Grace aims to ensure practitioners are well-supported so they, in turn, can provide the best possible outcomes for the participants they work with.
Grace specialises in developing Behaviour Support Plans that prioritise the reduction of restrictive practices while building on each person’s strengths, values, and personal goals. With a background in psychology, she is passionate about working collaboratively with participants, families, and broader support networks to create meaningful and sustainable change.
Grace also bring experience in multidisciplinary collaboration and navigating complex service systems, enabling coordinated and responsive care. She is committed to continuous learning and reflective leadership, with a strong focus on strengthening teams, enhancing practice quality, and driving meaningful outcomes for individuals and their support networks.

Grace provides Positive Behaviour Support services across Ipswich, Logan, Greater Brisbane and Moreton Bay/Caboolture regions.
Grace is based in Brisbane and supports our Practitioners to provide expert support to participants across the Greater Brisbane Area, including the Moreton Bay Region, Caboolture, North Lakes, Brisbane Bayside, Wider Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and surrounds.
Our team provide Positive Behaviour Support for individuals of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults with disability, mental health conditions, or complex support needs.
Yes. Grace supports our team to provide NDIS-funded Positive Behaviour Support for self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants.
A behaviour support plan developed by Grace and our team typically includes a Functional Behaviour Assessment, proactive strategies, skill-building supports, and guidance for managing or reducing restrictive practices in line with NDIS requirements. Behaviour support strategies are collaboratively, involving key stakeholders such as allied health professionals, clinical teams, family members, and direct support staff.
