Meet Our Team Members
Liz is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with almost a decade of experience in the disability sector. Her background spans direct support, employment services, quality and safeguarding, training, community engagement, and operational leadership, giving her a broad understanding of the supports, environments, and relationships that contribute to a good life.
Holding a Bachelor of Health Promotion, Liz is passionate about supporting people to live meaningful and fulfilling lives through skill development, positive relationships, increased participation, and opportunities for choice and self-determination. She is known for her warm, approachable nature and her ability to build strong connections with participants, families, and support teams.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Liz on a yoga mat, playing tennis, exploring nature, tending to her garden, or spending time with her beloved guinea pigs.
Liz believes that behaviour is a form of communication and that meaningful support starts with understanding each person’s experiences, preferences, and aspirations.
Her approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and collaborative, focusing on practical strategies that enhance quality of life, build capacity, and create positive outcomes that can be sustained in everyday life. Liz works closely with participants and their support networks to develop support plans that are respectful, realistic, and tailored to each individual’s goals.
Liz proudly supports individuals and families across the region, including Caloundra, Maroochydore, Noosa, the Glass House Mountains, and surrounding areas. She is passionate about upholding dignity, celebrating strengths, and working alongside people to create practical and empowering pathways toward enhancing quality of life.
