What are Behaviour Support Practitioners?
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a person-first approach that seeks to understand the purpose behind behaviours and replace them with supportive alternatives. It promotes dignity, safety, and independence.
Our Gold Coast behaviour support practitioners develop PBS plans that reflect each person’s communication style, strengths, and preferences—while aiming to reduce restrictive practices and improve everyday outcomes.
Our Behaviour Support Services on the Gold Coast
We work with people from all walks of life, including those with autism, intellectual disability, developmental delay, and neurodivergent experiences.
Person-centred Approach
We start by listening—to the individual and their support team—so we can tailor support that meets real needs.
Functional Behaviour Assessments
Our in-depth assessments explore what influences behaviours and help shape the most effective strategies. We also assist with documentation to support NDIS funding requests.
Customised Support Plans
All plans are NDIS-compliant, practical, and focused on proactive approaches that enhance daily functioning.
Ongoing Collaboration & Reviews
We stay connected—updating plans, liaising with carers, and helping teams deliver consistent support.
