What is Positive Behaviour Support?
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a person-centred, evidence-based approach focused on improving the wellbeing of individuals through proactive, respectful strategies. PBS seeks to understand the reasons behind behaviours of concern and replace them with positive alternatives that support independence and engagement in daily life.
At Hively Health, we use PBS to create plans that are collaborative, goal-driven, and designed to reduce restrictive practices.
