Alana is an experienced psychologist, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Alana provides both therapy and assessment and diagnostic services, including paediatrics and leads our Clinical Team at Hively Health.
Alana’s interest in mental health started in performing arts and curiosity about the stories that make up our lives. She strives to cultivate a welcoming, inclusive space in session.

Storm Clements is an experienced Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours I) and a Master of Clinical Psychology, and provides both therapy and assessment services, including paediatric diagnostic assessments.
Storm accepts both private and NDIS clients at our East Brisbane Clinic and a referral is not required. However, referrals can be made under a Mental Health Treatment Plan or Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan.
Warm, compassionate, and authentic, Storm brings empathy and professionalism to every therapeutic relationship. She is committed to person-centred, trauma-informed care, creating an environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued.

Danni is an experienced Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology Hons), and a Master of Clinical Psychology. Danni provides both therapy and assessment and diagnostic services.
Working from an attachment, trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, Danni draws upon a range of evidence-based interventions. Her toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Compassion-focused Therapy (CFT). By tailoring these approaches to individual needs, Danni empowers her clients to reach their therapeutic goals and make meaningful strides in their lives. Danni is also experienced in diagnostic and psychometric assessments.

Rae is an experienced Psychologist with General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Rae has experience and a passion in working with presentations such as Behavioural & Emotional Regulation, Neurodiversity, Symptoms of Trauma, Attention and Concentration Difficulties, Sleep and Sleep Hygiene, Social and Play Skills and Parenting Support.
In addition to 1:1 therapy, Rae runs regular group therapy programs for children throughout the school year. These programs are designed to provide a safe and nurturing space where children can practice social-emotional skills, gain confidence and foster friendships.

Vicki is a Provisional Psychologist who works with adults, children, adolescents, and families, offering thoughtful, evidence-based psychological support across a range of life stages and presentations. She brings a calm, reflective, and collaborative approach to her work, supporting clients to build insight, emotional regulation and resilience as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
Vicki has experience working with parents and caregivers to strengthen family relationships, better understand family dynamics, and support children’s emotional and behavioural development. She is especially interested in helping individuals and families navigate periods of stress, overwhelm, relational difficulty, and adjustment with greater clarity and steadiness. Her work also includes supporting families through perinatal and life transitions with compassion.
Vicki holds a Master of Professional Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours). She is committed to ongoing professional development and is currently completing an Advanced Certificate in Couple and Family Systems Therapy.

Tory is a dedicated Provisional Psychologist with Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Tory has a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Counselling, a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours, and is currently completing a Masters of Professional Psychology.
Tory has worked in health and community disability settings, providing treatment for a range of presenting concerns with a focus on empathetic and compassionate care. Tory supports all ages and presentations, with a special in interest in supporting children and families.

Brad Smith is an experienced Provisional Psychologist, with a Master of Professional Psychology, and currently completing his Master of Clinical Psychology.
Brad has completed clinical placements with Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) and the Youth Step Up Step Down (YSUSD) Unit, where he worked extensively with children and adolescents presenting with trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, behavioural challenges, and complex neurodevelopmental conditions.

Sian McCue is a registered Advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and Team Leader at Hively Health on the Sunshine Coast, supporting individuals of all ages. Her work includes supporting children and adults with autism, intellectual disability, and complex mental health or behavioural needs.
Sian is recognised as an autism-friendly therapist on the Sunshine Coast, known for her calm, proactive, and person-centred approach as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. Originally from the UK, Sian brings over a decade of experience in the disability and mental health sector. She has held multiple leadership roles and currently leads the Sunshine Coast Hively Positive Behaviour Support team. Sian works extensively with NDIS participants and is known for her empathetic and proactive approach as a behaviour specialist.

Kayla is a compassionate, neuro-affirming Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner based on the Sunshine Coast. She brings a wealth of experience across diverse roles and sectors, including teaching and tutoring, research and advocacy, and rehabilitation counselling.
Kayla has a particular interest in supporting individuals affected by the criminal justice system and believes in the power of unconditional positive regard to foster trust, growth, and meaningful outcomes.

Caitlin is a compassionate and experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner based on the Sunshine Coast. She has experience supporting individuals of all ages and presentations, with a particular interest in working alongside people who experience psychosocial disabilities and dual diagnoses.
Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours and is passionate about lifelong learning. She actively engages in professional development to ensure her practice remains current, evidence-based, and reflective of the most effective support approaches.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys gardening and growing flowers — a reflection of her nurturing approach and appreciation for growth, both in her garden and in the people she supports.

With over 12 years of experience in the mental health and disability sector and qualifications in Counselling, Dale brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and practical insight to his work.
Based on the Sunshine Coast, Dale has developed a deep understanding of the region’s support services and community networks, allowing him to tailor behaviour support strategies that are both effective and locally grounded.
Outside of work, Dale finds balance and inspiration in the ocean. Whether he’s diving beneath the waves, chasing surf breaks, or casting a line at sunrise, his love for the sea reflects the calm, focus, and resilience he brings to his professional practice.

Chelcie is a compassionate and skilled Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner committed to delivering respectful, evidence‑informed, and person‑centered support. She brings experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from young children to older adults, drawing on her foundational background as a Disability Support Worker, which continues to shape her practical and empathetic approach to behaviour support.
With an educational background in Psychology and several years of experience working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Chelcie has developed strong capability in behavioural assessment, intervention planning, capacity‑building and restrictive practices. Her professional journey has included implementing evidence‑based behaviour strategies, collaborating closely with families and support networks, and contributing to the clinical development of behaviour support teams.
Chelcie has supported individuals with a wide range of needs, including Psychosocial Disabilities, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Complex PTSD (CPTSD), Dementia, Frontal Lobe Conditions, Sensory Differences, Trauma‑related experiences, and individuals with a wide range of physical support needs.

Matthew is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience supporting individuals across a wide range of physical and psychosocial disabilities. While he enjoys working with clients of all ages, he has a particular passion for supporting children.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Before moving into Behaviour Support, he worked in a large children’s hospital and a respite home for children with disabilities. He also brings four years of experience in Child and Family Health Nursing within a rural Queensland community.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys staying active through swimming, jogging, and surfing. He also loves reading, playing the drums, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Practice Lead – Positive Behaviour Support
Alex R is an Advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and Practice Lead at Hively Health. Based in Brisbane, Alex brings a decade of hands-on experience in the disability sector, starting her career as a support worker before becoming a registered counsellor and specialist in behaviour support.
Holding a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, and a Master of Counselling, Alex is also a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association. Her compassionate and strengths-based approach is shaped by her deep understanding of complex mental health needs, particularly in children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities.
Alex is known for her empathy, professionalism, and strong rapport with participants and their support networks. She believes in listening deeply to people’s stories and uncovering their strengths as a foundation for achieving positive behaviour change and long-term wellbeing.
Alex supports our experienced Practitioners to support individuals of all ages across the region, from Moreton Bay, Caboolture, North Lakes, Brisbane Bayside, Logan, Ipswich and surrounding areas.

Grace is a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with four years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan with complex mental health presentations, including Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, and co-occurring intellectual disabilities. Grace’s practice is grounded in a strongly person-centred approach, ensuring support is respectful, individualised, and informed by both evidence-based practice and genuine empathy.
As a PBS Team Leader, Grace plays an active role in mentoring and supporting practitioners to deliver high-quality, ethical, and consistent behaviour support services. She provides clinical guidance, reflective supervision, and practical support to help her team navigate complex presentations, build confidence in their practice, and remain aligned with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements. By investing in her team’s development and wellbeing, Grace aims to ensure practitioners are well-supported so they, in turn, can provide the best possible outcomes for the participants they work with.

My journey began as a Therapeutic Care Worker in out-of-home care, where I spent two years supporting children and young people with complex needs, before moving into the positive behaviour support space, where I have worked for the past three years.
Outside of work, I love staying active and spending time outdoors, whether that’s riding my motorbike, rock climbing, or hiking. I also enjoy winding down with video games, which helps me recharge and maintain balance.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws, showing her commitment to ongoing learning and personal development.
In her role as Administration Team Leader, Stacey enjoys building positive relationships, supporting her team, and helping create smooth processes that benefit both staff and participants. She is passionate about making a real difference through organised, reliable, and people-focused support.
Based on the Sunshine Coast, Stacey enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors, and unwinding when she’s not working or studying. She is excited to continue growing her skills, taking on new challenges, and contributing to Hively’s positive and supportive workplace culture.

She joined Hively because she was drawn to the positive work culture and saw it as a place where she could grow and work towards her goals. With nearly two years of administrative experience, Macy previously worked as a hairdresser and is currently completing a Certificate III in Business. She’s excited to continue building her skills and becoming a valued part of the Hively team.
Outside of work, Macy enjoys relaxing with a good TV show or book, getting outdoors camping and fishing on her boat, and spending time with her partner and dogs.
