Rae is community-driven, highly empathetic and passionate about working with children, adults and families living with a disability or mental health illness, and working with them to understand their strengths, support needs, and how to interpret and process the world around them.

Tory is a dedicated Provisional Psychologist with Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Tory has a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Counselling, a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours, and is currently completing a Masters of Professional Psychology.

Tory has worked in health and community disability settings, providing treatment for a range of presenting concerns with a focus on empathetic and compassionate care. Tory performs a dual role with the Hively Health team as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and Provisional Psychologist. Tory supports all ages and presentations, with a special in interest in supporting children and families.

Provisional Psychologist
Tory is a dedicated Provisional Psychologist with Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Tory has a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Counselling, a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours, and is currently completing a Masters of Professional Psychology.
Tory provides a safe, welcoming and neuroaffirming space for those she supports, including taking a play-based approach therapy sessions with younger clients. Tory accepts both private and NDIS clients at our East Brisbane Clinic and community visits.
Tory has worked in health and community disability settings, providing treatment for a range of presenting concerns with a focus on empathetic and compassionate care. Tory performs a dual role with the Hively Health team as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and Provisional Psychologist. Tory supports all ages and presentations, with a special in interest in supporting children and families.

Dale is a firm believer in the power of collaboration—working closely with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to co-create solutions that promote dignity, independence, and long-term wellbeing. Based in Brisbane, Alex brings a decade of hands-on experience in the disability sector, starting her career as a support worker before becoming a registered counsellor and specialist in behaviour support.
Holding a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, and a Master of Counselling, Alex is also a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association. Her compassionate and strengths-based approach is shaped by her deep understanding of complex mental health needs, particularly in children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities.
Alex is known for her empathy, professionalism, and strong rapport with participants and their support networks. She believes in listening deeply to people’s stories and uncovering their strengths as a foundation for achieving positive behaviour change and long-term wellbeing.
